Helm is a multi-server management and control system for Windows 2003 based web hosts. The system is designed for any size web hosting companies, datacenters and ISPs, which require a solid platform that automates all of the day-to-day tasks that would otherwise require highly skilled man power, and large work forces.
We are running on 13 x 1000MB circuits! Every GuessWhatWebHosting server is connected to a 100% Cisco Powered Network. Using enterprise-class Cisco networking gear, all routers, layer-2 switches, and layer-3 switches are tested in labs prior to deployment to ensure stability and interoperability.
The standard Helm control panel interface comes in multiple styles and colours. Our system will continue to provide new interfaces and because the control system is completely separate from the interface, this allows for completely custom interfaces to be implemented. Helm even allows administrators and resellers to set up their own headers and footers to completely rebrand the Helm interface as their own.
Our data centers are physically isolated from everyone but level three technicians. Public access is strictly forbidden. Access to the floor the datacenter resides on is restricted and completely locked down.
